A Targeted Improvement Plan (TIP) in Texas is a statutorily required, data-driven school improvement plan that campuses must develop and implement when identified School Improvement campuses/LEAs, with the goal of systematically improving student outcomes by using diagnostic data, selecting evidence-based strategies aligned to the Effective Schools Framework, allocating appropriate resources, engaging stakeholders, and securing board oversight and monitoring to address identified needs and build capacity for sustainable improvement. Currently, the High School has developed a Targeted Improvement Plan.
